1. What types of items do you pawn?

2. How long is my loan good for?
Our standard loan period is 30 days. You can renew your loan at anytime as long as you renew it before the end of the first loan period. - Simply pay the interest owed and the loan starts over again.  If you didn't make any type of payments within the first period, your item will be held for up to another 30 days. You will be responsible to pay for any days past the maturity date and any late fees if applicable. If you do not complete the payment for your loan by the end of the loan + grace period, we will receive ownership of the item.
3. Do you buy items?
Yes, we do buy items, but we are specific on the types of items we purchase. Note: If we are not interested in buying your item, you may be interested in putting your item on consignment with us. CLICK HERE for more information on our consignment services.
4. What documentation do I need to get a loan?
You need a state or federal issued identification card (state ID or Drivers License). You cannot sell or pawn any item unless you have these!
5. How old do I have to be to pawn an item?
In the state of Illinois, you must be at least 18 years old to pawn or sell your personal property.
6. How do I know I am not purchasing a stolen good?
As an Illinois state law, it is our duty to be in close cooperation with the Police Department.  We make detailed reports on all items we receive, and have them reviewed by law enforcement.  It is not our desire or intent to purchase stolen goods under any circumstances.
7. Do you deal with firearms?

8. How long can I keep my item/s in pawn for?
You can keep your item/s in pawn as long as you continue to make your monthly finance charge payments. There is no limit to number of renewals.
